2019 was a blast

The start of a new year gave us a great reason to look back and celebrate our activities from the previous year. We’re sharing a bit of what our Nobel Explorers team did and, believe us, it’s a-maze-ing.

The Nobel Explorers team went to more than 30 STEM events, conferences, and fairs. Among others, we’ve visited Techstravaganza (also referred to as Techstrav). And we already started the year 2020 strong and went to the Haymaker STEAM event.

These events provided the perfect opportunity to share our passion with attendees and encourage their love of STEM. At STEM events we’ve enjoyed engaging attendees with our hands-on activities and sharing Nobel Explorers’ learning opportunities. What a privilege meeting so many wonderful people!

Throughout the expos, attendees who visited our table got to try out a lot of fun things. They :

  • Made, printed, and solved their own maze,
  • Played an online negotiation and trust game,
  • Programmed a mBot line-following robot,
  • Chatted with an AI bot,
  • Explored computing with Raspberry Pi 3+.

Our Generation 1 interns are passionate about STEM and have been using critical soft skills to share their passion with others at these events. The whole Nobel team is really proud of them!

We know that 2020 is going to be another year of great STEM fairs (watch for us at an event near you!) and growing our global learning community!
