Ana J.
Academic, Life & Parent Coach
The process of change is rarely smooth or easy. Sometimes, this process requires support and guidance from a professional with the expertise and patience to assist you on your journey.
Whatever the problem – ADHD, procrastination, self-confidence issues, relationship challenges, lack of communication/self-awareness, performance issues – my goal is to help you get a better understanding of the challenge, identify the factors that affect it, explore the alternatives, and create a solution that works for you. One size does not fit all, which is why I base my approach on understanding the individuality and uniqueness of every client I work with. The core of the coaching process is a relationship that gives a person the confidence to share, knowing that their thoughts and emotions are welcomed and understood.
Supporting others in navigating through their personal, academic, or professional challenges is what I am truly passionate about. In my work, I use the Personal Construct Theory, various coaching techniques that derive from CBT, TA and Gestalt approach and mind-body exercises, mindfulness, and elements of Art therapy.
