I always knew that I won’t be able to settle with a job that doesn’t fulfill me, for as many benefits as it brings. Nobel Coaching allows me to practice my true passion, gives me the flexibility both in terms of time and location and provides an environment of some of the best people you can imagine working with. It took me some searching, but it was definitely worth it.

I have always been dreaming about working remotely – I really wanted to be a part of an international team but to keep studying at the same time and be my own boss in terms of time, schedule, and holiday. My self-improvement is not an obstacle for working in an incredible team, I can manage my own time as I want to, and I can be the most productive since I can decide when I need to leave some space in between working hours for thinking and creating new ideas!

Nobel Coaching is anything but your regular 9-5 job. At times, I don’t even feel like I’m working, because everything is so interesting, new, and the people are so amazing! (Plus, I can work from the coziness of my bed, how great is that?!) I can take a day (or 3!) off whenever I need to, and everyone will understand and help me with whatever I need. I’m a hard worker, and for the first time ever, I feel like it actually pays off, because people notice, and I notice it as well through my results. And the best thing is: if you are constantly online, they will MAKE YOU go offline and get some rest. Nobel Coaching is the best.

I don’t feel like I am working. I don’t feel pressure, I feel like I am helping to grow something so cool. Everyone are so friendly.

I love working with a international team. I feel that my skills and background are taking into account and that my voice matters. This gives me a great sense of purpose and belonging.
