Growing up, teaching was all I ever wanted to do. It is my pride and passion. The extent of my practical experience encompasses teaching both children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD, ADHD, and other challenges. My personal objective as an educator is to instill a joy of learning in students notwithstanding their circumstances. The approaches I often take to achieve this goal include the following: to discover and cultivate the student’s innate strength and talent, using assistive technologies, game-based learning, establishing trust and friendship, and providing immediate and honest feedback.
