Academic, Life & Parent Coach

As a coach, I help people achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives. I specialize in motivation, helping clients understand why they are or are not motivated and giving them practices to get where they want to be. I have tools to share that help interrupt old patterns in areas that can hold people back like anxiety and low self-confidence, and I love seeing clients create a life they love.

For the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals as young as six and as old as 65. There is truly no limit to what you can achieve when you have the support you need to identify what holds you back and the strategies to help you get through them.

In addition to being a motivational coach, I am also a musician! I started playing the piano when I was four years old, then played the oboe and flute before I took up the harmonium years later. I love keeping music as an important part of my life.

I am a parent of three amazing, grown children and a happily married wife of over 37 years. With this experience and my education, I have the knowledge to guide people of all ages safely through choppy seas and on to smoother waters, all the while teaching them tools they can use to successfully navigate when the going gets tough (and it will…and that’s OK).

Check out my calendar and find a time that works for you, and we can explore what it would be like to work together. I’ll be looking forward to meeting you soon!
